Egnyte is seeking a Lead Marketing Analyst to join our high-impact Marketing Operations & Analytics team! If you’re passionate about turning data into actionable insights and enjoy working with cutting-edge business intelligence tools, this role is for you.

As a core team member, you’ll collaborate with our Marketing leaders and teams to optimize demand gen funnel performance and drive ROI by building and managing impactful reporting projects. You’ll help shape the future of our marketing strategy by analyzing large datasets, uncovering key trends, and delivering actionable insights that will directly influence revenue growth.

We are looking for candidates with a strong analytical background, experience with the marketing tech stack and building marketing attribution models. This role requires working in a large, complex and dynamic data environment.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Act as the subject matter expert in marketing data, reports, and business intelligence tools to answer business questions, provide insights, and support strategic initiatives.
  • Partner with Digital and Field Marketing teams, providing data and insights to drive program performance and improve ROI.
  • Analyze and interpret large datasets with tools like BigQuery, Tableau, and SQL to optimize reporting, identify trends, and develop predictive analytics models.
  • Apply data science principles to identify, develop, validate and execute algorithms and predictive models to investigate problems, detect patterns and recommend solutions.
  • Continuously monitor data quality, follow data hygiene best practices, and comply with global data privacy regulations.
  • Build and deliver high-quality data analytics solutions by assembling data to track vital demand gen funnel metrics (e.g., MQLs, Pipe Gen, ARR, Lead SLA, etc.)
  • Project manage data-related projects end-to-end using standard methodologies to drive critical projects to completion.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to define requirements, manage data flows, and implement scalable processes that drive marketing efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Maintain ownership of issues and requests submitted from stakeholders via Jira.
  • Help to ensure that the team capacity and capabilities align to the business intelligence and data strategy roadmaps, tools, processes and SLA.

 

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:  

  • Preferred degree in Data Science/Analytics, Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, or related field.
  • 5-8 years experience in marketing analytics, reporting, demand gen funnel and attribution methodologies, preferably within a global SaaS company.
  • Strong understanding of marketing funnels and attribution methodologies.
  • Ability to synthesize ambiguous business requirements with analytics results to drive business value and measurable change.
  • Proficient in SQL, Tableau, and data visualization tools with experience handling large datasets.
  • Strong communication with the ability to present complex data clearly and concisely to stakeholders and executive staff.
  • Driven, energetic, enthusiastic, detail-oriented, and passionate about solving complex problems.
  • Experience analyzing large datasets with SQL data warehouse, Tableau, Python and other data mining, manipulation or visualization tools, preferably in a SAAS company.
  • Leverage AI-driven analytics tools and methodologies to enhance marketing insights and develop scalable, predictive models that drive smarter decision-making.
  • Deep knowledge of SFDC, Marketo, Outreach, Pendo, or similar platforms.
  • Sound knowledge of project management methodologies; Jira experience is a plus.
  • If you are near an office location of Mountain View, Spokane, Draper or Raleigh - you would be required to come into the office at least 3 times per week.

 

COMPENSATION:

  • Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across multiple U.S. geographic locations, and pay varies based on defined markets. The standard base pay range for this position across the U.S. is $120k - $140k annually. Pay varies by work location and may also be dependent on job-related skills, knowledge, and/or experience. During the interview and/or hiring process, your recruiter can share more information about the compensation package specific to the role and job location.
